I chose Think Whole Person Healthcare as my primary health facility because I had heard so many wonderful things about the culture and the world-class Clinical Support Staff, Providers, and Pharmacy Staff that are on the team. Think’s staff is the best of the best and I am proud to say I am a part of that culture – you won’t find another clinic like it!
Patient-centered care is the main focus at think, you are always treated as a person. A nurse calls me every month to check in with me regarding my prescriptions before they are mailed. No corporate healthcare system has ever done that for me. Also, having the multitude of services they provide all in one clinic location has been a huge plus. On top of all of that, the culture and atmosphere at think is unmatched.
I have been working in the healthcare arena for 16 years now and I have never seen and/or been involved in a more organized, well-run facility than what I experience at Think Whole Person Healthcare. Everyone involved in the think experience should be very proud of what they have accomplished. Specifically, I would like to thank Dr. Robert Recker, Dr. Brian Poole, Kimberly Aichinger, Nabil Laham, the entire pharmacy staff, Dr. Josette Gordon-Simet, Gizelle at the front desk and Dr. Steven Goebel.
Think treats you like family, not a profit generator. I feel seen, heard and cared for every time I have a visit. No clinic in Omaha matches what think provides and I will continue to praise and recommend them for many years to come!
