We are more than Primary Care.
Staying healthy takes a team approach. We bring together primary care, diagnostic imaging, and specialized treatment together. By having your care team in two Omaha locations, we make your healthcare simpler, and easier to manage. Our clinic uses a value-based, physician-led approach. All departments share one electronic medical record, so your primary care provider, specialists, and pharmacists can work together on your care plan in real time.
Primary Care
At think, Primary Care physicians are general practitioners who specialize in Family and Internal Medicine. They function as your advocate as well as your trusted family doctor, and are the central point in your treatment team.
Family Medicine
Family Medicine is part of our Primary Care services, and is devoted to comprehensive care for people of all ages. Our Family Medicine physicians work closely with other specialists to outline the best program for the whole person.
Internal Medicine
Our Internal Medicine physicians have a wide breadth of knowledge, acting as the center of your circle of care. Their knowledge of your unique medical needs ensure that your best health care options are presented to you.
Audiology
On-site hearing assessments and consultations are available, 3 days per week. Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants, LLC offers Audiology services at Think Whole Person Healthcare, 3 days a week.
Behavioral Health
We believe that your emotional health is an important part of your physical health. Our licensed Mental Health professionals will consult with your Primary Care physician to ensure continuity of care.
Care Coordination
Our Care Coordination program is designed to provide an elevated level of support and organization to care. Patients with multiple chronic illnesses will benefit from a team that works together with efficiency and compassion.
Clinical Pharmacy
Our clinical pharmacists work directly with your physicians to ensure your medications are right for you. They understand your unique medical needs and recommend drugs that provide optimal effects.
