Orange-Almond Goat Cheese Log


1 T coarsely chopped almonds, unsalted
2 dried orange slices, minced
4 oz. log honey goat cheese


  • Unwrap cheese log and leave it out at room temperature until lightly softened.  
  • Mix almonds and orange pieces together on a plate. 
  • Roll cheese log in the almond and orange mixture until evenly coated. Serve with assorted crackers.
