We are small, but big on impact. We’re a tight-knit group all in one facility together. It’s different from other facilities that are so large that you’re just a number, here at think you know everyone and there is a strong sense of community.
If you want to come to think, you’re going to work hard, but it’s also very rewarding. We all work together and consistently put in the effort, but I rarely ever leave work feeling completely drained. What I give here, I get back.
