Our licensed physical therapists design the class to help you move with greater ease and assurance in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you are managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or proactively working to maintain your independence, our class can provide the tools you need to keep your balance and maintain well-being.


About the Balance Class

The Physical Therapy Balance Class is designed to help individuals improve stability, coordination, and confidence in everyday movement. Led by our team of licensed physical therapists, this class focuses on targeted exercises that enhance strength, posture, and mobility—key components in reducing the risk of falls and maintaining an active lifestyle. Our goal is to empower you with the skills to move safely and effectively.

Class Structure and Details

  • Program Length: Each class session runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
  • Schedule: Classes are held every Friday at 11:00 AM.
  • Location: The class takes place on the first floor of the Think Whole Person Healthcare building.
  • Cost: The total cost for the 6-week session is $90.00. Payment is required prior to the start of the first class and is nonrefundable.

To ensure the safety and success of all participants, we require a pre-screening for this class, which helps our therapists confirm that the class curriculum is the right fit for your current abilities and health needs.

Do you experience any shortness of breath that would prevent you from participating in prolonged exercise?

Are you unable to stand up from a chair without the use of your hands?

If you answered Yes to any of the above questions, please contact your doctor for a referral for one-on-one physical therapy before participating in the Balance Class.
