Ashley Fox, DPT

Physical Therapy

Ashley Fox is a Physical Therapist who takes a creative, whole-person approach to helping patients regain confidence and mobility. She specializes in vestibular health, chronic pain, geriatrics, and orthopedics, and believes healing happens best when providers listen deeply and tailor care to the whole person.

Ashley grew up in a military family in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Before entering healthcare, she worked in both business and law, and spent 25 years dancing and teaching dance. After experiencing physical therapy firsthand during an Achilles injury, she felt called to change careers and pursue PT herself. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Wyoming.

Her background as a dancer and educator gives her a unique perspective on movement and motivation. One standout experience from her career was working with a patient who had suffered two major concussions within a week. Their recovery required months of physical and vestibular therapy, as well as a coordinated push to advocate for additional vision care. The case showed Ashley how powerful teamwork can be and how critical it is to advocate fiercely for your patients.

She joined think because she believes in seamless, collaborative care. With so many specialties working under one roof, Ashley saw think as a place where patients could get what they need efficiently and holistically. She values the high level of communication between providers and how that shared investment helps patients reach their goals faster and more confidently.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, as well as her hobbies of knitting, sewing, hiking, traveling, and reading.
