Lauren Heine, DNP

Lauren was born and raised in Omaha. After graduating high school, she went to cosmetology school. While working in a salon, she realized she wanted to help people and went back to school for nursing.

She graduated from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing and Allied Health with her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2015. She worked at Methodist Women’s Hospital in the neonatal intensive care unit for six years.

Lauren wanted to further her career and returned to Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing and Allied Health. She graduated with a doctorate in nursing practice in 2021.

Lauren has a passion for helping others and wanted to assist others in maintaining their highest level of functioning.  This led her to rheumatology, and she started working with Dr. Wildy and Dr. Skaf in August of 2021.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Omaha and the surrounding areas.
