Stephanie Maddox, APRN
Family Medicine
Stephanie Maddox is a Family Nurse Practitioner who combines clinical knowledge with an approachable, patient-first style. She believes in building trust with patients through active listening and clear, down-to-earth communication. Her approach helps patients feel at ease while giving them the tools they need to be proactive about their health.
Stephanie grew up in Omaha and always loved how the city feels both tight-knit and full of opportunity. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from UNMC–Lincoln and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Creighton University.
Over the years, Stephanie has become especially passionate about making healthcare accessible and meaningful for every patient. One of her favorite memories from practice is helping a young patient overcome their fear of shots. Turning what could have been a scary experience into something empowering is just one example of how small moments can have a big impact.
She joined think to be part of a team she can be proud of. Stephanie appreciates how think brings different specialties all together and takes a true whole-person approach. She believes this collaborative model is exactly what communities need to thrive, timely care that doesn’t just treat symptoms in isolation, but addresses the full picture.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She’s a loyal Husker football fan and also loves watching Formula One racing.
