Celyce Graves, APRN
Family Medicine
Celyce Graves, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who believes deeply in whole-person care and the power of human connection. Known to many as “Cece,” she is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. Cece earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Hispanic Studies from Creighton University. She went on to teach English abroad in both China and Ecuador, experiences that broadened her cultural perspective and deepened her love for helping others. Eventually, she returned to healthcare and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), both from Nebraska Methodist College.
Cece’s passion for healthcare is deeply personal. After losing her father in 2023 following a long battle with illness, she saw firsthand the value of warm care. She brings this same mindset to her practice, recognizing the importance of approaching patients with both clinical expertise and genuine sincerity. One of her most memorable moments in care was helping a patient navigate housing and childcare while escaping a domestic abuse situation, a reminder that care often goes far beyond the exam room.
She chose to join think because of its commitment to treating the whole patient, not just the diagnosis. With multiple services under one roof, she sees think as a space where patients can get the support they need without jumping through hoops. For Cece, that accessibility matters, especially for people who may feel overwhelmed or overlooked by traditional systems. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with her patients and creating a safe space where people feel heard, valued, and cared for. Her patients often describe her as intentional, compassionate, and grounded in empathy.
Outside of work, Cece is active in women’s groups and Sunday school at her church. She enjoys baking, crafting, reading, and exploring new restaurants with her husband. At home, she stays busy with their two children, two dogs, and five chickens.
