Kyle Ginnaty, PA-C
Family Medicine
Kyle Ginnaty, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant at think who specializes in Urgent Care and Walk-in Clinic services. He was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and grew up in several states as part of a U.S. Air Force family. He also lived in the Azores before moving to Papillion, Nebraska, as a teenager, which he now calls home. Kyle graduated from Gross Catholic High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), and completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).
After graduating from college with a degree in English Literature, Kyle realized he wanted a career that combined intellectual challenge with meaningful, direct impact on people’s lives. This led him to pursue physician assistant studies in a science-based field where he could blend critical thinking with compassionate patient care. He is passionate about treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all ages in the urgent care setting.
To Kyle, Whole Person Healthcare means recognizing that a patient is far more than a list of symptoms. It involves applying clinical expertise to each individual’s unique life circumstances and building a care plan that supports their broader well-being, not just short-term recovery. As a collaborative partner, Kyle actively involves patients in their care by encouraging open communication and shared decision-making. He takes time to explain treatment options, listens closely to patient concerns, and works together with them to develop health goals that fit their lifestyle. By valuing the patient’s voice and lived experience as essential to clinical decision-making, Kyle strives to foster trust while practicing with the most up-to-date evidence and delivering compassionate, personalized care.
Kyle joined think because its patient-centered approach lets him provide evidence-based care with real compassion, treating the whole person. He values the teamwork among different specialties, which makes care more complete and easier to access. This approach matches his goal of making a lasting difference in patients’ lives.
Patients describe Kyle as dedicated, compassionate, and a good listener who keeps up with the latest medical knowledge. When you visit Kyle, you can expect a welcoming environment where he listens carefully, explains each step of your care, and encourages open conversations about your concerns and goals. He makes sure every patient understands their options and feels supported in making choices. Many patients return to thank him and ask for his ongoing care, showing the trust he has earned.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and writing science fiction and fantasy, running, playing tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), bowling, and playing guitar. As a literature enthusiast and as a Tolkien fan, he hopes to visit Oxford and Ginnety’s Grocery in England or Ireland.
