Mary Alderson, DPM

Mary Alderson (Heimes), DPM, is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine specializing in Podiatry. Coming from North Bend, Nebraska, she earned her undergraduate degree at Wayne State College, where she competed on the track and field team, excelling in the 400m. She completed her podiatric education at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a residency at University Health in Kansas City. Mary is passionate about diabetic education and wound care, bringing a caring and thorough approach to her practice.

Dr. Alderson’s interest in healthcare sparked in high school, drawn to the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of medicine, where each patient’s unique symptoms and circumstances require customized treatment plans. Her fascination with the complexity of medical care and her desire to make a meaningful impact guided her to specialize in podiatry.
