Jameson Bock, LIMPH

Behavioral Health

An Omaha native, Jameson Bock is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). His education is extensive and local, with studies at Creighton Prep, Metro Community College, Bellevue University, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he was part of the inaugural cohort for its fully remote telemental health practicum.

Jameson’s interest in the mental health field stems from his experience of the profound impact of human connection during his difficult life transitions. He realized he wanted to provide that same support for others, especially during times that feel unpredictable and overwhelming. This personal journey shaped his understanding of how layered a person’s pain can be and “how deeply it matters to be seen and supported.”

His approach to therapy is client-centered and diverse, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Jameson’s goal is to create a space where people feel they don’t have to perform; they can just be human. He believes, “Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past, but it means making peace with your story and choosing how you carry it forward.” His clinical interests include helping individuals and couples navigate relational stress, identity shifts, parenthood, and career burnout, with a special focus on supporting first responders.

For Jameson, Whole Person Healthcare means “honoring someone’s full humanity—their body, mind, emotions, and relationships—and caring for all of it with respect.” This philosophy aligns with his reason for joining Think, where he values the focus on integrated care, community connection, and collaborative healing.

Outside of his work, Jameson is a dad to five children. He enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, bicycling, playing pickleball, and taking on renovation projects at his mid-century home.
