Felina Brown, APRN

Internal Medicine

Felina Brown is a Nurse Practitioner deeply committed to providing high-quality care for individuals in acute and geriatric settings. A native of Arkansas, Felina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama. She is pursuing a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, furthering her passion for empowering patients to control their health.

After moving to Bentonville at 14, Felina quickly embraced the community and developed a strong desire to serve others. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a healthcare career and began her journey shortly after high school.

Her career is driven by a desire to support individuals through every stage of life, especially those managing complex health conditions. She has a unique ability to connect with patients on a personal level, offering both medical care and emotional support. Her patients often describe her as approachable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing care tailored to their personal needs.

When asked about joining think, she said, ” Think’s mission and values align with my belief in staying healthy through prevention. Chronic diseases often result from missed opportunities for prevention. Treating disease should never be our first step; instead, we should aim to empower individuals to take control of their health before the disease takes hold.”

In her free time, Felina enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys traveling with her children, particularly to beach destinations, where she finds peace and renewal by the water.

In addition to her clinical work, She is passionate about giving back to her community and positively impacting the world. She is the co-founder of Stones of Hope, a nonprofit organization that offers support to healthcare workers and first responders dealing with secondary trauma. This initiative is significant to her, as she recognizes the emotional toll that healthcare professionals often experience. Stones of Hope also works to expand its services to support survivors of human trafficking, offering resources and assistance for healing and recovery. Felina’s work with Stones of Hope reflects her belief in the importance of supporting both the mind and body in the healing process and her desire to positively impact her community and beyond. Felina also dedicates time each week to volunteering with Restored Wings, an organization that supports women who have experienced trauma. Giving back to others is a central part of her life’s purpose.
