Information Required from Your Statement

To make sure your payment is matched to your account, please check your details. Before you log in, find your paper statement and have these two numbers ready:

  1. Your Patient Account Number: This links your payment to your account balance.

Financial integration with whole-person care.

In many medical systems, clinical and financial departments are separate, which can make communication confusing. Patients may get different bills from labs, radiology clinics, and pharmacies, which can be stressful.

At Think Whole Person Healthcare, we keep your medical and billing information together. Our lab, radiology, primary care, and clinics all use one electronic health record, so your bills are organized and easy to understand.

Our clinical pharmacists also work alongside your care team to reduce poly-pharmacy and choose generic medication alternatives whenever possible, proactively managing your out-of-pocket costs. If you have questions about how a specific diagnostic test or clinical path impacts your deductible, our on-site financial team can access your chart instantly to provide clear answers.
