About Me

I began my massage therapy career in Omaha, NE, where I graduated from Midwest School of Massage in 2000. I hold an 18-year license in the State of Nebraska. With over 1,100 hours of massage training, including a certification from Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute, I am also a Master Level Practitioner of Ashiatsu Deep Feet Bar Therapy.

Driven by my passion for helping people feel better and my detailed knowledge of our awe-inspiring anatomy, my goal is to restore your health and wellness. My top priority is to provide a customized therapeutic massage to improve your health, leaving you feeling comforted, relaxed and stress-free.

In my role at Think, I appreciate the opportunity to help you benefit from the many ways in which Massage Therapy can enhance your well being. I am honored to receive patient referrals from our Doctors, Clinicians and Mental Health Practitioners. My client base ranges from those seeking stress relief, relaxation, better sleeping patterns, comfort, pain relief and in some cases an alternative to medication and surgery.

On a regular basis I see clients with the following conditions who believe Massage Therapy to be a key player in their collective medical and lifestyle approach at Think:

  • Alzheimer’s
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Chronic Pain
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fibromyalgia

What is Geriatric Massage Therapy

Geriatric massage is designed for the specific needs of a mature population. It involves light to medium touch to meet your individual needs, protecting delicate muscles and skin. I use hands to smooth the soft tissues of the body, gently and safely, providing a loving touch.

I work in a clinical environment, to provide the therapeutic benefits of massage, as it has an integral role in your health and healing. If you need a solution for dealing with pain, stress or just enhancing your general health and happiness, consider massage therapy.

After your initial consultation, I will combine science and experience with compassion and sensitivity to your sense of modesty and privacy. Your professional massage will take place seated in a chair or wheelchair or laying on a table, to best suit your needs and mobility.

Why Should I Get a Massage?
