Nicole Joy, LMT Massage Therapy
I began my massage therapy career in Omaha, NE, where I graduated from Midwest School of Massage in 2000. I hold a 16-year license in the State of Nebraska. With over 1,100 hours of massage training, including a certification from Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute, I am also a Master Level Practitioner of Ashiatsu Deep Feet Bar Therapy.
Driven by my passion for helping people feel better and my detailed knowledge of our awe-inspiring anatomy, my goal is to restore your health and wellness. My top priority is to provide a customized therapeutic massage to improve your health, leaving you feeling comforted, relaxed and stress-free.
What is Geriatric Massage Therapy
Geriatric massage is designed for the specific needs of a mature population. It involves light to medium touch to meet your individual needs, protecting delicate muscles and skin. I use hands to smooth the soft tissues of the body, gently and safely, providing a loving touch.
I work in a clinical environment, to provide the therapeutic benefits of massage, as it has an integral role in your health and healing. If you need a solution for dealing with pain, stress or just enhancing your general health and happiness, consider massage therapy.
After your initial consultation, I will combine science and experience with compassion and sensitivity to your sense of modesty and privacy. Your professional massage will take place seated in a chair or wheelchair or laying on a table, to best suit your needs and mobility.
