Yoga for Healthy Aging

Yoga focused on improving muscle strength and flexibility and includes standing postures that challenge balance. Not accessible to beginners. Please bring your own yoga mat.

 

First time taking a Yoga, Qi Gong, or Tai Chi class at Think?
